Learn how to make your own Boba Tea: the most Instagrammable drink out there. We will provide you with all the ingredients necessary to make this popular drink. Patrons will be contacted when kits are available for pick up. One kit per library card. West Babylon Card holders only. Registration begins Tuesday, April 26. (WBA604)
