The West Babylon Public Library Makerspace is an area that offers patrons an opportunity to produce projects using a variety of Library-owned resources. The goal is to allow patrons to create and learn through direct usage and experimentation. Therefore, Library staff are unable to produce or complete projects for patrons.

Since refunds are not provided, it is strongly recommended that patrons who do not have previous experience using Makerspace equipment attend Library classes and/or thoroughly read and view the printed and video tutorials provided.
Makerspace Hours:
MONDAY 4PM-9PM
TUESDAY 10AM-3PM
WEDNESDAY 4PM-9PM
THURSDAY 10AM-3PM
FRIDAY 10AM-1PM
SATURDAY 10AM-2PM
Appointments are recommended for West Babylon Library cardholders ONLY and drop-in use is only allowed when there are no library programs, or the room is not in use as a teen space. If the makerspace area or equipment is not reserved, it will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to staff availability.
