The Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council will have facilitated enrollers trained by the NY State Department of Health at our Library to assist the aged, blind, and disabled populations with enrollment. Zumba

Zumba is an aerobic workout designed for everyone, every shape and age. Inspired by Latin music, the Zumba dance steps create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. We will be dancing the Cha-Cha, Meringue, Salsa and more. You do not need to know these dances to get started so come dance those calories away and have fun doing it!
