Zumba is an aerobic workout designed for everyone, every shape and age. Inspired by Latin music, the Zumba dance steps create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council will have facilitated enrollers trained by the NY State Department of Health at our Library to assist the aged, blind, and disabled populations with enrollment.
