Add one of these adorable painted bottles to your Fall décor. Join Betty Cole and learn how to design your very own bottle. Each patron will receive 1 wine bottle to decorate. Registration begins Tuesday, August 16. Non-residents may register beginning Tuesday, August 30. Non-refundable/transferable materials fee: $5. (WBA114)
