Whether you're a couch potato or a regular exerciser, this program teaches you how to build a safe, enjoyable walk/run routine—with the goal of completing a 5K while learning how your body works along the way.

Adult Programs
Adult programs are for ADULTS ONLY. We welcome families and children to attend our other age appropriate programs.
All in-person programs are intended to be enjoyed at the library. Program materials will not be distributed as take-home kits.
Program Reservations
Reservations will be held for 10 minutes. At that time, patrons that have failed to check in will forfeit their spot and refunds will NOT be given.
One Registration Per Card
Our programs are one registration per library card unless otherwise stated. Signing up more than one patron per library card will result in the registration being cancelled.
