Get ready to celebrate National Poetry Month with us! The Friends of the Library are putting together an awesome poetry event—and we want you on the mic. You’re invited to step up and read a favorite poem or something you’ve written yourself. Whether you’re a seasoned writer, a spoken-word fan, or just curious to try something new, this is your moment to shine. Readers will earn 2 hour of community service credit for sharing poetry and attending this event. It’s a fun and creative way to share your voice, support your community, and snag some service hours at the same time!
