Join Betty Cole at the Library and design your own soap dispenser. Space is limited, program fee must be paid within 48 hours of registration to secure your spot. Registration begins Tuesday, December 13. Non-residents may register beginning Tuesday, December 27. Non-refundable materials fee: $5. (WBA109)
