Join florist Irene in person at the Library and create a fall inspired floral arrangement. Space is limited, program fee must be paid within 48 hours of registration to secure your spot. Registration begins Tuesday, April 5. Non-residents may register beginning Tuesday, April 19. Non-refundable/transferable materials fee: $5. (WBA123)
