Event Details
Join florist Irene in person at the Library and design a flower arrangement for that special someone. Space is limited, program fee must be paid within 48 hours of registration to secure your spot. Non-refundable/transferable materials fee: $5. Registration begins Monday, January 10. Non-residents may register beginning Monday, January 24. (WBA103)
