Attend this class and you may be eligible for an auto premium discount and reduction of violation points. A $35 non-refundable check or money order (NO CASH) payable to Empire Safety Council is due within 48hrs of sign up. Please be aware that space is limited, the payment is due within 48hrs of registration to keep your spot. One registration per Library Card. Non-residents may register beginning Thursday, December 23. Non-refundable/transferable program fee: $35.
