Receive tax assistance filing your 2022 tax return for free!
Representatives from Bethpage Federal Credit Union and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance will help you prepare and e-file your income tax return at no cost to you.
Registration is underway for all. Register at the Adult Reference Desk or call 631-669-5445, option 4.
Eligible patrons qualify if:
• You earned $73,000 or less in 2022.
• You have basic computer skills and an active e-mail account.
• You have a smartphone, tablet, or other internet enabled device with access to your personal email.
All patrons are reminded that you must:
• Bring all necessary tax documents, including government issued photo identification and social security cards.
• Have access to your email address through your own smartphone, tablet or other internet enabled device.
